Prof. Jun Chen focuses on energy chemistry with inorganic and organic nanostructures/nanomaterials to probe and understand the reaction mechanism, charge transfer, and mass transport. He has rationally designed and synthesized a variety of functional materials for the application of efficient energy storage & conversion such as batteries, fuel cells and solar cells.
